We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. “Retail” and “Wholesale” buyers should refer to their individual contracts, where these terms may vary. In case of conflict, the contract terms will take precedence.

By placing an order, you warrant that:
Your order is an offer to buy products from us and does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only when products are made available to you, and we will notify you if products are unavailable. The contract applies only to in-stock products. We reserve the right to refuse any order and will notify you promptly if we do so.
Contracts for purchases through our Site are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
You agree to indemnify and hold PharmaLean Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, liability, demand, claim, or legal proceedings arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms and Conditions or from your conduct on the Site. This indemnity survives termination or expiration of the Contract.
Notices to us must be sent to PharmaLean Limited, 3 Ranelagh Crescent, Ascot, England, SL5 8LW, or support@pharmalean.com. We may send notices to the email or postal address you provide when ordering. Notices are deemed received immediately when posted on our Site, 24 hours after an email is sent, or three Working Days after posting a letter.
Applicable laws may require us to contact you for service-related communications, even if you have opted out of marketing. These may be sent via email, phone, or post and will relate only to service matters, not marketing. You consent to these communications for contractual purposes, and they comply with legal requirements for written communication. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The Contract is binding on both parties and their successors. You may not transfer or assign the Contract without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or subcontract the Contract at any time.
Failure to enforce any obligation or exercise any right under the Contract does not constitute a waiver of such rights or obligations. Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing.
We do not accept orders for delivery to China or Japan, and some products may be restricted in certain territories. An order constitutes an offer to buy products and, if applicable, delivery services, subject to our acceptance. The Contract relates only to in-stock products.
These Terms and Conditions apply to anyone we use or subcontract for collection, transport, or delivery, as well as our employees, directors, and agents. Only authorised officers may vary these terms in writing.
Delivery times are estimates for orders placed before 13:00 Monday-Friday, subject to stock availability. International deliveries may face delays due to customs clearance, and customers outside the EU/UK may incur import duties or taxes.
If we cannot deliver to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund. For lost parcels, we aim to issue a refund or replacement within 28 working days of dispatch.
Tracking: Order status updates are sent via email.Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned as undeliverable (refused, unclaimed, or incorrect address), you may request reshipment or a refund for the item value (excluding shipping costs).Missed Deliveries: A card may be left for collection at a local point, or you may specify a work address at the time of ordering.
For products delivered outside the UK, you must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. We are not liable for any breach of such laws, including import duties or product legality.
For deliveries outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied upon arrival. We have no control over these charges and recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Product prices are as quoted on our website, catalogue, or promotional materials, excluding delivery costs, except in cases of obvious error. VAT and GST (where applicable) are included in the final price. Prices may change, but this will not affect orders already acknowledged.
Items may be returned if damaged, faulty, incorrect, or unwanted, provided they are unopened (with seals and shrink wrap intact) and in original packaging. Faulty opened items may also be returned.
Return Process:
Missing Items: Report to support@pharmalean.com within five days of receipt.Non-Delivered Orders: Report within two weeks of dispatch notification (four weeks for international orders).Promotional Refunds: Refunds for promotional items will reflect the discounted transaction value.
We warrant that products are of satisfactory quality and conform to the Contract. We are not liable for fitness for your intended purpose unless stated. Our liability is limited to the purchase price and any additional delivery charges paid to us.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing Contract obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government actions. Performance is suspended during such events, and we will endeavour to resolve or mitigate them.
Only individuals aged 18 or over may use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee its accuracy. If you disagree with these terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms and Conditions, along with referenced documents, form the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements. Neither party relies on representations outside these terms, except in cases of fraud. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are subject to the terms in force when you order, unless changes are required by law or we notify you before sale. You will be deemed to accept changes unless you notify us within seven working days of receiving the products.
